Join us during Pride Week for our Anam Cara hour! As Gaeilge, Anam Cara means Soul Friend, so from Monday to Thursday at 12-13:30 we'll be engaging in an outdoor activity to bring us closer to nature and, hopefully, to each other 🌿 All of the events will be free of charge and based in Galway City and Salthill. Activities include yoga, a sea swim, a local foraging walk, and a breathwork workshop. So come along, bring a friend or make a new one! We're very excited to see you there ✨
