Forest Bathing is a health promoting, nature connection practice that aims to enhance wellbeing, relieve stress and encourage relaxation.
This is an immersive & mindfulness experience supported by nature and the environment that surrounds us.
Some studies have shown that time spent in nature could reduce blood pressure, lower cortisol levels and improve concentration and memory.
As you walk through the forest, you are breathing in phytoncides which is a chemical released by trees and plants found to boost the immune system.
Through this guided walk and various invitations, we ground ourselves in the present moment, awaken our senses and open up to the wholeness of our ecosystem. Each one of us may notice or explore something different through this journey together and you will be invited to share your experience with the group if it feels right for you.
